Because ClearVent upholds the high standards of NADCA and has the experience and proven reputation, we are trusted by hospitals and medical facilities to restore their indoor air quality.
We apply our thorough source removal process and techniques to clean air ducts and HVAC systems in hospital surgery rooms, laboratories and medical offices and facilities.
Our source removal process begins by removing and cleaning all supply and return registers. Air handlers and all components of the HVAC system are cleaned (dampers, blowers, drain pans & coils).
Vacuum collection devices are used to place the HVAC system under high negative pressure throughout the cleaning process, to remove and contain all contaminants. Mechanical agitation devices (rotary brushes, high pressure air whip scrubbers, etc.) are used to dislodge debris adhered to interior HVAC system surfaces, and convey them to the vacuum collection devices. Proper care and specialized tools are used where duct liner is present, to thoroughly clean without damaging liner.
Existing service openings are used wherever possible. Additional openings needed to gain adequate access for cleaning will be created and closed in accordance with industry standards and codes. Proper containment procedures are used where necessary to prevent cross contamination. All visible contaminants will be removed. And all work will be done with minimal disruption.
ClearVent meets all certifications and safety requirements necessary. All work will comply with NADCA ACR 2013.
